The Times Crime Book of the Month

PAPERBOY has been chosen as The Times Crime Book of the Month for March!

This is a massive honour, and I’m so pleased about it! Massive thanks to The Times’ crime reviewer Mark Sanderson.

Paperboy is a brilliant black comedy that repeatedly makes you squirm. Fizzing with energy and full of heart, it’s one of those books you simply don’t want to end.”

Mark Sanderson, The Times

Back in March 2023, my debut novel SQUEAKY CLEAN was published and selected as Crime Book of the Month, so to see the same thing happen to its sequel is quite incredible and very exciting!

Robbie Millen, The Times’ book editor, also wrote about PAPERBOY for the ‘What we’re reading this week‘ column. He said: “The vibe is Taggart rewritten by Mick Herron.” High praise indeed!

PAPERBOY is out on 13th March in hardback (Available for preorder here) and I’ll be out and about doing some events and signing some books. Cannot wait!
